Lead came is used for this piece. It has some jade beads suspended in the open spaces. The sun & moon are both hand sandblasted using flash glass which allows for the white/clear color to show through, they are also fire polished. Meaning fired in a kiln to have the glass show clear vs etched. There are other etched pieces where the glass color is all the way through, these only show as etched.
